If the paddle or accessory you received is damaged, please take photos and contact us as soon as possible at info@yourpickleballer.com. After verification, we will contact you to arrange a new order or, failing that, a full refund of the product.

After receiving and sending the products, we track them once every two days, until you receive them at your predetermined address.

Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order. After that time, it will take us 7-10 business days to deliver to Spain, 12-20 business days for delivery to the United States, and 15-30 business days for international orders (depending on location).
